Welcome to Ellefitness

is a fitness consultant business founded by Giselle.  We offer Personal Training, Fitness classes such as Zumba fitness, Zumba GOLD and Zumba Sentao as well as Total Muscle Conditioning, Core Strength and Stretch classes at various locations in the west end of Ottawa.  NEW this year we  will offer Zumba Sentao, and Yoga and in the near future Pilates.   I also provide one on one training or small group goal training in my Ellefitness studio or in your home.  To all new participants please come 10-15 min early to fill out the health and liability forms.

 Hi I am Giselle,

I am an energetic female health professional that has been active in fitness on both a recreational and competitive level for over 25 years.

My experiences include coaching competitive soccer, hockey and figure skating.  I have worked with  clients with  variety of different goals, including those of us in the general population, athletes as well as client needing rehabilitation from injury or surgery. My clients range in age from 5 to 76.   I have also been instructing classes in Total Muscle Conditioning, Aqua, Core Strength and Stretch and Zumba for several years privately, for the city, Algonquin College and in the Ellefitness studio.

  3. I had the pleasure of attending Giselle’s The Masala Bhangra classand I must say, It was very exciting! Not only did you feel your body working out all the important muscles, you had fun doing it, did not feel like a workout at all! I highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a fun easy workout!
